MAIN PARK DAY EISENHOWER PARK IN ARCADIA Please join us for our park days every Monday afternoon. This is a great time for your children to meet new friends and just have a great time at the play ground. This is also a wonderful opportunity for you, the parent, to meet and associate with other homeschool parents. TIME: Every Monday from 12:00 noon to whenever everyone leaves. LOCATION: Eisenhower Park, Arcadia DIRECTIONS: Take the 210 Freeway to Arcadia, exit at Santa Anita Avenue and proceed south on Santa Anita. At Colorado Blvd (there is an In N Out on the corner) turn left (east) and continue to Second Street. Eisenhower park is located on the corner of Second and Colorado. We will be in the play area. |

SHAKESPEARE CLUB FOR TEENS MONDAYS AT PARK DAY THIS ACTIVITY STARTS AT 12:00 NOON STARTING ON MONDAY 9-17-07 JOIN OTHER TEENS IN THE RELAXED AND FUN STUDY OF SHAKESPEARE, DIRECTED BY OUR VERY OWN PAM KOLLER. STARTING OUT WITH "MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING" EACH STUDENT WILL TAKE ON ONE CHARACTER IN THE READING OF THE PLAY. THIS IS A FUN CLUB AND IS ENJOYING ITS THIRD YEAR OF A GREAT WAY TO STUDY THE CLASSICS. A NOTE TO PARENTS: IF YOUR TEEN PARTICIPATES IN THIS CLUB FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR THIS CAN QUALIFY AS A LITERATURE CLASS ON YOUR REPORT CARDS. |
